Fruitcake time is just around the corner.  I still receive at least one heavy-as-lead, rum-soaked fruity doorstop per year.  But luckily, I now mostly receive panettone.  How ’bout you?  I’m starting to like the traditional ones just a little bit.  Is that a bad sign?  Have they just worn me down, or does it have something to do with my age?  Submit your work to this next show and earn a few dollars to exchagne all the fruitcakes in your life for Panettone.  Take a look…

CALL for ENTRIES:
The Greatest Gifts of All

 

ELIGIBILITY:  Open to all artists.

MEDIA:  Seeking original, handmade fine arts and fine crafts (any medium) for the holiday gift giving season.  Artwork can be holiday related or non-holiday related.  Submit up to five pieces of artwork. If you have multiples of one kind of artwork, list approximately how many and how you plan to display the multiple items.

DEADLINE:    November 12, 2011

NOTIFICATION:  None indicated

ENTRY FEE:  $15 submission fee ($25 for non-members) by PayPal or Credit Card on the Call for Artists page on their website, or you can mail a check or money order to their address made payable to:  THE SHOE FACTORY Art Co-op, 250 N. Goodman St., Studio 212, Rochester, NY 14607.

JUROR: The Greatest Gifts show will be  juried by The Shoe Factory Art Co-op.

SALES:  25% commission on the price of any artwork sold (35% for non-members).
