Well, WHIP MY EGGS

Eggs are are simply hope in food form.  From a simple, inexpensive carton eggs can become a homemade mayonnaise, luxurious hollandaise, a bright spring quiche, comfortable omelettes a beautiful, decadently creamy custard just to name a few.  I simple love poached eggs with a little sprinkle of fresh-cracked black pepper, but homemade garlicky mayo for a home-grown tomato sandwich runs a close second.  This next Call gives you the opportunity to express hope in your own way.  Take a look…

Check out this Call for Entries from the Howard Avenue Arts Incubator (Kensington, MD – near DC) for Hope, the first in a three-part photography series.  The entry fee is standard, and who couldn’t use a little hope?
