  1. I have sent two questions (to One Life) looking for answers and have not receive any answers. Do you have a phone number that I can call to get these answers and explanations done quickly since the dead line is tonight. Since I down loaded 11 images and I think they were all lost – can’t find even the two that I re-did to see if my file name was ok–which i explained in a letter late last night to them. My number in Delaware again is XXX-XXX-XXXX- Either call me or send me a # so I can call you. Thanks, peterBSOL

  2. Good Afternoon, Peter! I went to the contact page on the One Life Site: http://onelifephotos.com/contact.phpand clicked on Live Chat and got assistance in under 2 minutes. I gave them your email address and your phone number. They are currently searching for your emailed request for help. The Live Chat operator said he would respond to your email shortly. In the meantime, you could just try the same Live Chat method that I did. I really hope this helps you…let me know if you still don’t get anywhere. R.L. Gibson, Editor
