and gold

I love the crispy, silvery skin of pan-sauteed salmon filets. I’ve always thought of it as one of the healthy excuses for the consumption of my favorite fatty fishes. Turns out the silvery skin contains concentrated amounts of whatever contaminates existed in the water from which they were caught.  Ugh.  Apparently all that glitters is not gold–or silver.  This next Call is definitely an exception to the all-that-glitters rule.  Don’t miss it…

I like simple foods.  As I get older, I cook and eat fewer and fewer complicated recipes and foods.  I have come to appreciate the individual flavors of foods.  Dinner at my house is frequently a small cut of beef, chicken or fish with two oven roasted veggies on the side.  Simple.  Fewer and fewer sauces.  But, then again, I prefer simplicity in a lot of ways.  I rarely even wear prints unless they are simple geometrics.  This next call makes a geometric impact for a great end look and mission.  Please give this opportunity some serious thought…

SILVER SPOON

needed

I am simply gobsmacked by food trends.  I’ll admit, I’ve eaten a silver dragee or two (those little silver balls on cupcakes), but really…does my pretzel need to be silver?  Does my apple need to be gold?  Utterly astounding to me, but hey, who am I to judge.  If you want silver pretzels, Esslack food color from the Deli Garage is the tool for you.  This next Call will only put your WORK in the Silver.  Investigate…
