Our world seems forever in motion. Life seems to move more quickly every day. Technology helps us get more things done faster. Many of our jobs are demanding more of us every day.

Motion can be hustle-bustle of a city street or the gentle rocking of a baby’s cradle. Motion can be about your morning jog or rockets in space. Your motion might be planning a career move or your next work of art. –from Journey Art Gallery

ELIGIBILITY:  Open to all U.S. artists

MEDIA:  Open to all media

DEADLINE:  July 18, 2014

NOTIFICATION:  August 1, 2014

ENTRY FEE:  $35 for up to 3, $5 ea add’l

AWARDS:  1st place prize- $100 and 3 Honorable Mentions.  Show Favorite Award chosen by gallery audience on opening night $50.  All awards receive certificate signed by jurors.

SALES:  Sales will be encouraged, and a 40% commission will be retained by the gallery
