WITHOUT DINNER

I want to love room service, but I don’t.  I don’t want to stay in my hotel room for dinner.  I want to go out on the town.  Maybe it is a reflection of my hotel choices.  Maybe what I want is to start staying in hotels that MAKE me want to stay in for dinner.  It is all becoming clearer now.  This next Call is all about the room too.  This could be a fantastic experience.  Is this the right fit for you?

Check out this Call for Entries from 4heads for the Governor’s Island Art Fair: Get a Room.  It is $35 to apply, but your own exhibit room is free FOR A MONTH!  Commission is only 30%.  I love New York in the Fall…

ELIGIBILITY:  Open to all artists.  Please note, you have to install your own work in New York in late August and uninstall in September.

MEDIA:  Open to all media

EXTENDED DEADLINE:  June 13, 2014

NOTIFICATION:  July 31, 2014

ENTRY FEE:  Aside from the $35 application fee and any personal costs incurred in transporting, installing and de-installing the show, there are no other required fees due from independent exhibiting artists.

AWARDS:  GIAF offers single exhibition rooms to over 120 individual artists, organizations and galleries from around the globe.

SALES:  4heads receives a 30% commission on all sales.
